Theme Day

It is the first of the month again (where has the time gone?) and that means it is Theme Day once more. This month's theme is "City Exchange", so I posted a photo of a city that is not Joplin, Missouri. This one was a lot of fun for me, but it was also difficult. I picked the best photos from my favorite cities in Europe (where I lived for a while last year) and then tried to find just one.

Eventually Stuttgart, Germany beat out the others. There are two reasons that I chose this photo: 1. It is of a city not represented by another Daily Photoblogger. Those in Paris, London, Mainz, Luxembourg, and Berlin do such a wonderful job already, I couldn't bring myself to tread on their domain. 2. I just really love this shot. I took it from the Wilhelma Zoo looking out at the city.
