Yellow

Daffodils have come out, yet another sign of spring.

Wheelbarrow

Took a walk around George Washington Carver National Monument. This wheelbarrow was by the old farmhouse at the monument.

Flower

Some Spring flowers are finally beginning to come out.

Trucks

Cement trucks and plant on 5th Street.

Park

The weather has been pretty nice lately, though I am still waiting for the parks to get green. This one is on 15th street.

Dog

I saw this little guy on a walk the other day.

RR Crossing

Tree

Reminders of the severe weather of this winter and the last are everywhere. I doubt the trees will ever be quite the same.

Cardinal

A bright spot of red brightens up all of the dingy brown.

Alley

It's officially back to below freezing again, but I couldn't resist another photo from when it was in the high 60's. Like last Sunday. Anyway, this is an alley downtown which I thought looked particularly charming.

Door

I don't believe that this building on Main St. is still in use, but I liked the curtains behind the door and the mail box.

Windows

The weather has been amazing the last few days (alas, it is set to snow tomorrow) and today was perfect for opening windows.

Theme Day

It is the first of the month again and that means it's Theme Day. Today's theme is "Graffiti or Street Art." I chose this graffiti in an alley downtown.
